Araneta City holds topping off ceremony for Cyberpark 3

Senior officials of Araneta City, TELUS, JLL Philippines, and DATEM, Inc. came together for the topping-off ceremony of Cyberpark 3, the latest addition to the expanding Cyberpark office district, on June 27.

The event marks a significant milestone for the 30-storey office building, which will deliver LEED-certified state-of-the-art facilities to the growing business district in Araneta City. It also marks the expansion of the five-tower P25 billion Cyberpark, enhancing Araneta City’s position as a leading business district in Metro Manila.

“Cyberpark 3 is more than just a building; it is a symbol of our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. We are excited to soon share this development and provide a premier workspace that caters to the evolving needs of various businesses,” Marjorie C. Go, Araneta City’s Head of Marketing, said.

Cyberpark 3 features 28 levels of office spaces, three basement parking levels, and two floors of retail space on its podium. The property has an approximate 2,500 sqm area per floor and a gross floor area of 80,000 sqm (excluding basement). It is equipped with top-of-the-line amenities, including 100% backup power and a smart elevator system designed to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Cyberpark 3 prides itself on a LEED certification, showing Araneta City’s commitment to making a positive impact on the community and the environment. It also features renewable energy solutions, energy-efficient double-glazed ribbon windows, a rainwater collection system, solar panels, among others.

“This milestone not only signifies the nearing completion of the latest addition to our expanding Cyberpark business district. It also represents a significant step forward for Araneta City’s position as a premier business destination in the Philippines,” Go added.

Cyberpark 3 is expected to be completed in 2025.
